Rapid Cure Polyurea Bund Lining »
The fuel storage bunds at RAF Marham no longer conformed to the 2001 control of pollution regulations and required lining to fully seal against the egress of fuel in the case of a spillage. Due to a large amount of cracking and movement in the substrate the lining required had to be flexible as well as resistant to the fuels stored within the tanks.

The workshop hangar floor had been heavily tamped when installed, with large peaks and troughs. This heavy profile made it difficult for the client to maintain the floor, trapping spilt fuels, oils and hazardous aviation fluids.

Due to the age of the structure the hot dip galvanizing protecting had started to breakdown, with surface corrosion clearly visible.
